Cancellation Policy

At Maria’s Lucent Cleaning, we understand that plans can change. To provide the best service to all of our clients and our cleaning professionals, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

More than 24 hours’ notice from scheduled service: No cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
